I used to be able to make it to around 7pm before my battery was in the 30% range, now it's in the 30's by 2pm. Almost no phone usage today and I'm down to 85% within 90 minutes of taking it off the charger. I'm losing about 1% every 5 minutes or so. The wheel keeps spinning for hours when trying to log into account and it never let's you log in. This is totally unacceptable, shame on you MCAFEE!!!!!!!!!!. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, log out and back in. All that happens is the spinning circle after trying to turn it on. it switched off on its own last week on Wed or Thurs and won't turn back on. frustrating for what you spend for this software. Have had it for years and it has never found any potential security risks. Other than once with a text message and never again since. And I know for certain that I have had many harmful text messages. Luckily I can spot them easily and delete without clicking the links. After the troubleshooting of reinstalling over and over as suggested, I was asked too many questions instead of actually getting to the root of the issue, and it was just unresolved. Instead of asking the customer about version numbers on the device, product numbers, fix the issue. There is no option to customize or deactivate this feature. It is currently 3 in the morning, I am trying to sleep, this app has done its scans twice in the last hour and I've had enough. Always wants a password or "one-time" code that you have to enter repeatedly. Slows my phone down so much and a lot of the time will not even load a web page, which I need to clock in/out for work. I have to go on a PC to look at my account. Thus, what's the point of this useless app. Perhaps it's time to move on. When is this useless app going to get fixed. We paid good money for the service. I have to constantly check and then many times have had to manually reconnect my Android phone, even with the "always on" option selected. I also had to reinstall the App about 3 times within a 2 week period because the VPN refused to turn on again. Also, my wife's phone was not automatically updating to the most current version.
