★★☆☆☆ Mike M · 31 May 2026 · v26.5.10this app used to be good. Now it feels like they're doing the bare minimum. Music used to be able sort by artist, album, song etc... Now it's literally just a massive list of songs. There's no options for sorting. If you want to delete an album you have to do it 1 song at a time which is very frustrating. The Windows app is slightly better but now much and the browser version is useless and only shows my contacts. No documents, music or pictures. Videos load indefinitely in the app. Motion pictures are no longer motion pictures until you redownload them, which defeats the purpose of backing them up in the first place. Terribly difficult to transfer from this to another cloud storage. Great option that you can pay for unlimited storage but it's pointless if I can't even access it once it's in the cloud without downloading everything again.Developer reply · 11 Jun 2026for the Web Portal use, be sure you are using the 'MYCLOUD.verizon.com' link and not a cached 'cloud.verizon.com' link. We updated internally and the older site may not work for you.

★☆☆☆☆ John Ward · 30 Aug 2025 · v25.8.12It's a vibrating phone app. I get this as a free service for having Home 5G Internet, but I've never been able to use it. I tried revisiting it again today and noticed the app has been remodeled, which was hopeful. Instead, after tapping Get Started on the screen, it vibrates in a pattern. Three long, three usual, three short. In fact, it's still vibrating while I'm typing this review. Verizon only needs the service as a selling point. ★★☆☆☆ Teresa Foster · 28 Jul 2025 · v25.7.8I have used this app for several years now and it's been great until recently. Its constantly having trouble loading photos from my memories and photos that go way back. It just spins and spins like it's trying to load and never does. I have over 6000 photos and I hate to lose them but I really no longer trust this app to keep up with them or me to be able to access them when needed. I've started trying to transfer them over to another app so I'll at least have a good back up if needed.

Thank You Have been unable to upload contacts to verizon cloud. I keep getting your contacts are ready to sync, but without success. A call to verizon support was no help. Was transfered to asurion also no help. It's always your phone and never the app. Good luck if you download this app you're better off handwritting your contacts in a notebook.Developer reply · 7 Aug 2024We appreciate your patience. An update was rolled out 8/6/24 that resolved the issue. Restart your device and you should again see the sync working as designed.

★★★★☆ Breanna Boggs · 4 Aug 2024 · v24.7.10Seems to do everything it's supposed to. I just get aggravated with the loading process it takes to remove unwanted photos. If I click on a photo and delete it, it takes me out and starts me over from the top, along with if I delete multiple pictures. It does remove the photos eventually, but it seems to take the same amount of time to delete one as it does multiple pictures.

I've tried restarting the app, the device, un/reinstall ,etc. NOTHING has worked!! It's BS, especially, when it costs $14.99 to $19.99 a month (for pd. version) to use! Just one of the MANY issues with this carrier, and why it really makes me want to switch to another, more so now! You Need To Do Better Verizon, Or At Least You Should! 👎

★☆☆☆☆ Lori Lachance · 27 Jun 2023 · v23.6.8After spending the last 2 days getting all my data uploaded to Verizon cloud and losing many documents for non supported files, I then find out that they said they were saving me $ and changing plans to only find out that they added in cloud storage, without my permission, that use to be free with my subscription I had prior to now paying $5.99 per month. Now I am paying more and have less. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, and have never once been told the truth about anything.

It doesn't do up any where on my account or the app. I'm going to delete the app and see if I can get any where. Customer service in the app and on phone has been nonexistent and I don't remember it being this hard to get to talk yo some one.

One day randomly, I get a text saying they have deleted my cloud account and i have 30 days to reactivate it, which I did. However once I reactivated it, to my horror, ALL of my media and memories from YEARS of my life were gone just like that for NO reason.
