★☆☆☆☆ Aleksei Ovchinnikov · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.72.1There is no option to choose which Google account I want to sign in with. Even after logging in, it forces me to take some stupid survey every single time, completely ignoring the fact that I’ve already skipped it multiple times. On top of that, the video player is broken (if I seriously have to download the video just to watch it, that's incredibly dumb).Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Hi Aleksei, thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the trouble. ★☆☆☆☆ Phuthego Mogaki · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.72.1I bought two Udemy courses through Google Play and have receipts proving I paid for them. Both disappeared from my account. Getting customer support was unnecessarily difficult, with confusing forms and no straightforward way to reach a human. I eventually had to jump through multiple hoops just to create a ticket. Paying customers deserve much better support.

★★☆☆☆ Vivek S · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.72.1I have taken personal plan, videos are properly working on mobile but on desktop they are not playing. I have raised the ticket also. I have applied the solution supported by udemy but no such good support by them. in the end my desktop video got stuck and the issue is not resolved at all.Developer reply · 4 Oct 2026Hi Vivek, thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the trouble.
