★☆☆☆☆ sushanth madhavan · 5 Oct 2026 · v9.6.0.0Deceptive trap! Posted my first house sale using their "free ad" option. Result? Exactly ZERO views and ZERO leads. They completely bury free listings to force a paid upgrade. Instead of buyers, my phone is now flooded with non-stop harassment from their sales executives calling multiple times a day to aggressively push expensive premium packs. If a free tier is engineered to fail unless you pay, do not market it as free. Total waste of time and massive spam generator!Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Hi sushanth, we would like to apologize for your negative experience at Magicbricks. We would like to learn more about your specific concern and make things right.Kindly share you contact details on app.help@magicbricks.com at your earliest convenience. We look forward to speaking with you and working towards earning back your trust.Thank you

★☆☆☆☆ Ankit Shah · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.6.0.0My credits are being used to access phone numbers of people who are looking to sell, whereas I specifically need contact numbers of people who are looking to purchase. This is not useful for my requirement and results in my credits being wasted. Please provide a proper filter for buyer leads so that credits are only used for relevant contacts.Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Hi Viswas, we would like to apologize for your negative experience at Magicbricks. We would like to learn more about your specific concern and make things right.Kindly share you contact details on app.help@magicbricks.com at your earliest convenience. We look forward to speaking with you and working towards earning back your trust.Thank you
