Why should our money be locked in the wallet with no straightforward way to get it back? We earned and paid for this money, so we should have complete control over it. Unfortunately, the app does not allow this and shows that the number is already registered. I request Porter to consider upgrading the app/service to support both Partner and Customer access under the same mobile number. In the end, you will pay a lot more than the initial quoted amount. They charge you extra even though the issues are with their own app. Just wasting money. I had a very bad experience with a delivery where the guy delivered to the wrong person without calling the number we had given. Thankfully, I had written my number on the cover. After some time I saw the msg that it was delivered and after about 1 hr, I got a call from the sender that no one had picked the items. when contacting support, they were least bothered about the issue. The support said the driver started and ended the drop without actually picking up the order.
