★☆☆☆☆ Sahil Kashyap · 17 Sep 2026 · v9.11.2Worst customer support system. There is only one way communication. When any issue was raised via mail, they simply gave a scripted answer and no followup for further query. Very disappointed with Testbook. An auto-renewa payment was deducted from my account without any clear prior reminder or consent from me. When I contacted support, I was simply told that the payment is non-refundable. This kind of billing practice feels unfair and customer-unfriendly. The same thing happened to many people.

★☆☆☆☆ Lukas zote · 16 Sep 2026 · v9.11.2Since the past month there's been a lot of errors in the app. Especially while giving a test the server used to be down automatically without any warning, if there is anything you can do to improve the app I would suggest you get it done soon..

★★★★★ Aanish Majiwala · 15 Sep 2026 · v9.11.2I love💿 the app! The app is soo 💨much faster download. You'd stop an entry and it'd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added too the entry. Thank you so much to everyone algorithms. This is syncing 💨happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, so it was a real pain. But now download faster and more stable. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because it literally stops responding until it's done.

★☆☆☆☆ Suraj Pandey · 10 Sep 2026 · v9.11.2Testbook has become nothing more than a money-looting platform. I paid for a 1.5-year course, but after taking the payment, they are neither providing proper customer support nor processing my refund. There is absolutely no accountability or support once they have received your money. This has been a terrible experience. Never ever enroll in Testbook courses. Think twice before paying them, because getting support or a refund can become a nightmare.

★★★★★ Nilesh Nishd · 10 Sep 2026 · v9.11.2I love❤️ how much smoother the app feels now. The download speed has improved a lot, and everything seems more stable during everyday use. Previously, syncing was constantly getting in the way—opening the app, changing an entry, or starting and stopping one could trigger it, followed by a complete freeze until synchronization was finished. Even the stop button had a frustrating delay, causing extra seconds to be recorded. This update finally removes those annoying interruptions.

★☆☆☆☆ Kaushal Kumar · 8 Sep 2026 · v9.11.2The Testbook web version is extremely slow and consumes excessive RAM, making the browser sluggish and sometimes unresponsive. The cookies/site data can grow beyond 2.5+ GB, which seriously affects performance. I have to log out and clear Testbook’s cookies/data every time just to use it properly. Please fix this issue ASAP. If it continues, I’ll have to migrate to alternatives like Oliveboard or Parmar Test Series.

★★★★★ Nohar Lal · 6 Sep 2026 · v9.11.1There’s a surprisingly big difference between the older version and this one. Everything feels quicker, particularly downloads, but also much more controlled during everyday actions. Before, syncing seemed to trigger constantly and could leave the app stuck until it finished. Even the simple act of stopping an entry came with several unnecessary seconds of delay, which were then included in the entry. This update has removed so much friction. Really appreciate the work that went into it!
