I have followed up many times, but I keep receiving the same response without an actual solution. I just want my concern to be properly reviewed and resolved.

But now, this damn F00 issue makes it impossible for me to check out ANY order, no matter how many payment methods or vouchers I try. What's worse? Customer service keeps giving me the SAME useless advice “Change your payment method or voucher.” I’VE ALREADY TRIED THAT! Fix the actual issue instead of giving generic responses. My coins are now useless because I can't even place an order!

I could order something with a total of 500 but pay for 800 even with vouchers on place. Point being, the prices look marked down but in reality they're not. It's very misleading.
