I had registered and I got an id and I created a password but after a few months when I tried to book it , it says my credentials are wrong. I tried for an hour to reset my ID and password but then they said my registered email and phone number are wrong too. Very frustrating. I called customer care which is useless. IVR just states to mail the issue and they will get in contact. No one is available to speak directly with the customer so basically it's worthless.Well I mailed the issue and asked for refund. I got a reply that a ticket has been generated.
