★☆☆☆☆ Shahrin Sultana Munia · 17 Oct 2026 · v2.8.0Why did the developers give up on this app? I had to uninstall it to clear some storage space. When I installed it back, my account was gone, and when I click on "Get started", it makes me open a new account. I even emailed them twice to help me get my account back, but no response. Please anyone give me a solution to get my account back!!! Edit: You're replying to everyone except me, why???Developer reply · 19 Oct 2026We're sorry for the wait. For help recovering your account, please contact help@nglapp.com with your account details so our team can look into it.
