Thomas James Mayfield of Walworth County Wisconsin uses Proteus Malware and has easy access to break into my device. Application would be 5 stars if giving feedback lead to a resolution.

I just recently bought this phone a few days ago and it's done at least 5 or 6 updates. Even AFTER I set it to NOT automatically do system updates! This is NOT necessary! I do NOT have internet service at home and VERY POOR cell phone service at home. I'm sick of all of your stupid updates! I want it STOPPED IMMEDIATELY! I HATE THIS PHONE FOE THIS REASON! I thought this was a good brand of phone to get but it's NOT.
