★☆☆☆☆ Naresh Singh · 5 Oct 2026they don't deserve even a single rating for there services. biggest pain is there customer support team, imagine you reached at hotel location and there is no hotel there. hotel contact no. not responding, and there customer representative saying wait for 30mins, on the road. they can't solve the problem, becz hotel is not responding. surprisingly they didn't even contacted back for any resolution. I paid in advance, money gone, time gone, very frustrating. one line - don't use make my trip.Developer reply · 6 Oct 2026Hi, we regret any inconvenience caused. ★☆☆☆☆ NITIN DOKHE · 5 Oct 2026 · v11.9.1The rooms are in poor condition and lack cleanliness; furthermore, the actual rooms do not match the photos shown online—they are blatantly deceiving people. Their communication is unprofessional, and the place does not even deserve a rating. These rooms are not suitable for families. ... ★☆☆☆☆ Rohan Shirke · 5 Oct 2026 · v11.9.1Am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking made through MakeMyTrip and to demand a full refund of the amount paid. This was not merely a case of dissatisfaction with a hotel. The fundamental issue is that I made a confirmed booking through MakeMyTrip, travelled to the property, and was ultimately unable to stay there because the hotel refused to honour the booking. Despite this, I did not receive meaningful assistance from MakeMyTrip when I needed it most.id NH71Developer reply · 6 Oct 2026Hi, we regret any inconvenience caused.
