★☆☆☆☆ Ayat Rajab · 5 Oct 2026 · v12.10.1001Since it became regional the quality of the delivery and the serviced has plummeted. Today I received the package which was very hot something that was not when delivered from the USA, also, the tea packet was damaged and some of the sweet packages were open and scattered everywhere and the hairspray cap was not placed. it's as if someone was just throwing products into the box without care for any damages. Moreover,he products are limited and always out of stock. very bad experience.

★★☆☆☆ Chanty Alicea · 4 Oct 2026 · v12.10.1001I used to love iHerb, but their continued use of OnTrac has made ordering extremely frustrating. Every delivery I've received has been left at the wrong address, often in an unsecured location. I then have to go to customer service & wait weeks for my supplements. I've asked iHerb to use another carrier, and they said they'd note it. FedEx deliveries have always arrived. I should be able to opt out of OnTrac. It's especially unacceptable with the expense and temp. sensitivity of these products.
