★★☆☆☆ Arête Caldwell · 2 Oct 2026Obnoxious beeping is the default. Constantly directing me down alleys instead of to the front door of where I need to go. Outdated information about business locations and hours to the point that I'm double checking everything I see. At least they're not Google.Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Thanks for the feedback. It's possible to customize the alerts in the app, and we are happy to receive map edit requests. Please contact us at appsupport@here.com with further details or questions.
