★☆☆☆☆ Corina Knutson · 5 Oct 2026 · v11.5.32-motorolaI don't need it, it's not even compatible with my phone and can't be used.. but can't get rid of it. Just another annoying and unnecessary app taking up space. Disabling it doesn't work. It still shows up on the lock screen asking to be enabled, and in updates asking to be updated - while other apps do not after being disabled.Developer reply · 10 Sep 2026Hello. ★☆☆☆☆ S G · 5 Oct 2026update 10.5.26 - still keeps reinstalling.*pre-installed app from Moto. It says it can't be uninstalled, but it can be - only from the app store. (scroll down to AppDetails). I suggest you LEAVE IT ON YOUR DEVICE AND REMOVE ALL OF ITS PERMISSIONS otherwise, with any system updates, it may get reinstalled. On the app info page, it will say things like "you do not allow it to run in the background", but if you tap the option, you will see the toggle is actually ON. Turn each option OFF!! It lies.Developer reply · 2 Feb 2026Hello, we are sorry to hear this. To disable Glance: swipe right-to-left on your lockscreen, tap the gear icon, go to Settings, and turn off “Enable Smart Lockscreen.” Ideally, it should not re-appear after disabling. If it does, please write to us at support@glance.com with your device details.
