Simple Minimalist Launcher

Simple Launcher is a minimalist launcher for Android: a clean, text-based home screen that turns your smartphone into a calmer, minimalist phone. It helps you cut screen time, stay focused and beat phone addiction, without giving up the customization you want.

No icon grid and no endless scrolling. Your home screen shows only the apps you pin, a clock and the widgets you choose. Everything else is one search away.

★ A CALM, DISTRACTION-FREE HOME SCREEN
• Pin your favorite apps and reorder them
• Pinned styles: plain list, boxed, pill, bento, periodic table, word cloud, tiles, frosted glass, liquid glass and a screen time list
• Build your own home layout: split the screen into tiles, resize and swap them, and save several layouts
• Notification badges on pinned apps, in the style you pick

★ WIDGETS THAT RESPECT YOUR FOCUS
• Clock, date, battery, screen time and screen unlocks
• Day, month and year progress bars
• Music controls, next calendar event, notes and images
• Weather in eight styles. You search for a city by name, and the app never asks for location permission
• Quick settings tiles: torch, ringer, rotation, Do Not Disturb and more
• Widget playground: build your own widget out of layers
• A widget board that also holds widgets from your other apps

★ FAST APP SEARCH
• Search your apps, or send the same words to the web, contacts, dialer or maps
• Auto-open keyboard and auto-launch on a single match
• Alphabet scroll bar, recent apps and app shortcuts
• Search codes: type a short code like "123" to open one app instantly

★ THEMES AND FONTS
• Material You dynamic colors, light and dark presets
• Custom theme editor: set a color for every surface, then save your palettes by name
• 30+ built-in fonts, or import your own. Set a different font for the clock, widgets, search and folders
• Wallpaper with opacity and blur you control

★ ORGANIZE YOUR APPS
• Hide apps, rename apps and color app names
• Folders with their own styling
• Show or hide work profile apps
• Long press any app to see today's screen time for it

★ GESTURES
• Swipe left, right, up and down, double tap and long press. Map each one to an app, a folder, search, settings, the notification shade or screen lock
• Adjustable swipe friction and haptics
