What you need to do to get your bank account is only by providing e-KTP, completing the form, and doing video call with our Customer Service Officer through BCA mobile application. They charged me an administration fee of 2.5k for a BI Transfer, but it just went back instead of being transferred to another bank. Apabila terdapat pengurangan saldo dan tidak terdapat transaksi dana keluar pada mutasi rekening, hal tersebut disebabkan karena ketentuan saldo mengendap. Saldo mengendap tdk terlihat pada saat pengecekan saldo. Untuk saldo efektif yang dapat dipergunakan, yaitu yang terdapat pada menu Informasi Saldo.
