★☆☆☆☆ Donald Sowers · 5 Oct 2026 · v6.1.17No option to review your order and report missing items. The store is too busy to answer the phone. I want my food or my money back. App update sucks. Not enough room for typing instructions. I think I'd rather pay more and use doordash.

★☆☆☆☆ Cody Allen · 5 Oct 2026 · v6.1.16Not only is the app itself a buggy mess that crashes frequently, Pizza Hut is incredibly scummy, forcing you to spend $15 (before tax) to even get delivery. which is insane when the most common deal they have is the two for $7 each, which puts your total at exactly $14.98. a scummy company with a garbage app, spend your money somewhere else.

★☆☆☆☆ Kikki Kandy · 4 Oct 2026 · v6.1.16EDIT #1 ZERO STARS!!!! A YEAR LATER AND I STILL CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT. EDIT #2 CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL NOT FIX. Waste. Can't even log in now, can only use "Guest", so I can't use my rewards anymore. Steady decline with Pizza Hut the last several years, they finally hit rock bottom. Not downloading again.

★☆☆☆☆ Marcus Finch · 4 Oct 2026 · v6.1.16App ALWAYS says my local pizza hut will have the food ready in 15 minutes. They NEVER have it ready in 15 minutes. Even now, sitting here waiting on a pizza that should be ready but isn't even in the oven yet. App still says I can place an order and it will be ready in 15 minutes.
