Building Survey Pro

Description

Building surveys, defect inspections and condition reports are often limited not by the inspection itself, but by the time required to produce accurate, well-structured documentation. Building Survey Pro streamlines this process by converting your on-site observations into a professionally formatted report that can be completed directly from your mobile device or refined later using the desktop application. Your expertise remains central as the app simply accelerates the administrative workload.
Building Survey Pro functions as a comprehensive building survey app, defect report app and inspection app. It is designed for property professionals who require clarity, efficiency and consistency.
HOW TO
Record your observations verbally as you inspect.
“Damp staining to the left-hand window reveal of bedroom 2, approximately 300mm in diameter, likely associated with defective pointing above.”
The app transcribes technical terminology accurately and structures your notes into a formal report. An advanced professional grade AI survey tool refines your dictation into clear, precise reporting language and provides suggested probable causes and recommendations for your review. All AI outputs remain fully editable to ensure the final report reflects your professional judgement.
Add photographs, annotate images, and apply traffic light condition ratings. Defects are organised by priority to support clarity and client communication. Generate a branded and professionally formatted PDF instantly, ready for issue.
Building Survey Pro works fully offline, ensuring reliability in basements, rural properties and new build schemes where signal is limited. You record observations, annotate photos and compile the full report without connectivity. Synchronisation occurs seamlessly once a connection becomes available.

Traditional reporting often requires several hours including inspection, dictation, sending notes to a typist, revising drafts and formatting. Building Survey Pro significantly reduces this workload. The AI enhance feature uses advanced language modelling technology to convert your original notes into a professional description instantly, or you may retain your own wording unchanged.
Powered by an industry leading linguistic engine widely adopted in professional and technical sectors, the app delivers high quality drafting support, reliable terminology handling and well reasoned suggestions. Its knowledge base reflects recognised patterns in building pathology which supports clear defect descriptions, likely causes and practical recommendations, always subject to your professional oversight.
