DeepCalm is a sleep sounds app with smart features that improve the quality of your rest and create a cozy atmosphere. The sound of rain, white noise, and other nature sounds create a smooth background, helping you relax and fall asleep. And once you drift off, the app automatically and smoothly turns off the sound so it doesn't wake you up—unlike standard timers that can interrupt your sleep at the most interesting moment.

19 sounds for sleep and relaxation
Rain, thunder, ocean, wind, crickets, birds at dawn, seagulls and the sea, campfire, night train, fan, Tibetan bowl chime, lullaby, as well as the good old, proven, and highly effective white, pink, and brown noises. Additionally, binaural beats with delta, theta, and alpha waves are available for concentration if you need to study or work during the day. Mix up to four sounds, adjust the volume of each, and save your perfect combinations.

Smart timer: the sound turns off when you fall asleep
The sound you fall asleep to shouldn't cut off abruptly before you're asleep, nor should it wake you up in the night. This is exactly what often happens with regular programmable timers. How does it work in DeepCalm? Place your phone on the bed next to you: the smart timer tracks your movements, analyzes your state, and as soon as you fall asleep, it smoothly lowers the volume and turns off the sound. This ensures a natural immersion into a peaceful sleep.

Breathing practices with a voice instructor
Nine different practices based on medical research to help you relax before bed or take a breather during the day: "Falling Asleep", "Relaxation", "Calming down", "Box Breathing", "Physiological Sigh", "Complete Yoga Breath", and others. Voice guidance is specially implemented so beginners can easily learn to do the exercises correctly. The voice prompts the inhale, hold, and exhale, while the phone's vibration (optional) sets the rhythm—so you can close your eyes and not look at the screen.

Live light: virtual immersion in the atmosphere
With this feature, it feels like you are actually sitting by a campfire, listening to the surf on the shore, or riding a night train. Each sound has its own light scene synchronized with the audio: the flame flares up to the crackle of firewood, waves roll in and scatter in foam, a train lantern emerges from the dark. Brightness and hue can be customized for each sound separately. When the sound fades, the light turns off by itself.

Smart nightlight
Just a steady light of the desired brightness and hue to create the atmosphere you like. The nightlight can fade out with the sound or stay on until morning.

Two types of alarms

Standard — the volume rises gradually over one minute. Vibration starts together with the sound. Snooze for 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes.

Smart alarm — trust your wake-up to smart algorithms. In the last half hour before the alarm, the phone on your bed tracks your movements and can wake you up slightly earlier than the set time if it detects signs of natural awakening.
