Search the last 90 days by medication name and see scheduled and actual dose times. Enter a record for an earlier date when needed. Past records remain after you delete a medication.

Collect questions, medication changes and daily notes before your appointment. Save a summary and next steps afterwards, then prepare your follow-up. Drafts, previews and saved summaries are free.
