   When I first purchased my camera from this company, I loved it so much! They offered me another device from my first review and I bought two more products. Over the last two years, things have changed and I can now no longer even VIEW my live feed from my camera without subscription. Having multiple devices it’s over $40 per month or per year. When I first purchased you had live feed, could move camera view, snap photos even see 10 second recordings for FREE. More amazing options on all devices for only $40-$60 a month. I now have to buy a subscription to even have live feed views. My backyard

   camera is a lightbulb one, I cannot even adjust the view anymore. Haven’t been able to in over a year since the changes. I cannot even adjust it for anything. When I click the icon for backyard camera, it brings me to subscriptions first. I have an SD card, in each device even. I cannot view anything unless subscriptions are paid. The only views I get is prior to this new thing, I have motion detection at every movement so I get snapshots to my lock screen every movement. That’s how I use my cameras. I have other devices in my home I do not pay subscriptions for, just use an SD card and have access to all features without a subscription, and I am looking at replacing these two devices with devices from that company. Whoever changed this definitely changed my mind and lost my business. I would 100% purchase a different device. IF this company would go back to having the free services like live view and even just simply being able to adjust the devices without a subscription, I would keep them. But they’re virtually useless now. I’m not happy with them. They have good clear view both day and night, catch all movement and work great. But worthless when I can’t view or do anything with them.

   This little camera was under $20 to purchase which was an excellent value for a description that was advertised as “Video Door Camera-NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED.” Worked as described for 6 months with a clear, colored view of person at my doorstep. Later came the annoying Ads, which I was able to tolerate. I would watch 2-3 of them to get quick view of person at my front door when door cam was rung. FF one year later and this camera has become useless! I can no longer view or, see anything without a PAID subscription.    iption needed.” Well with all the APP updates and a year of use without paying for a subscription camera becomes useless. I purchased a Wyze with my own memory chip and no subscription needed. Currently I don’t have to pay for anything to view who’s outside my door. Hopefully, it will stay that way since Apps are always updating with changes? If my Wyze camera becomes a pay-per-view camera! I will just go old school and start looking out my window or, use my strong voice and ask “Who is it?!?” Don’t be duped! Finally I can relieve my devices of this trash. Aiwit gets access to sell/use my information when I purchased and downloaded app! Greedy corporation’s need to stop abusing consumer’s !    One camera stopped working early on and I had to get another one. Once I got the new one, they tried to charge me for a brand new year subscription instead of just adding the new camera to the existing subscription. That was like pulling Hair to get my refund. even if you set them to capture most things they don’t. It’s like the person has to literally walk up and rang the doorbell. Instead of it catching motion when you set it to pick up from further away. Also, customer service is horrible at responding when there’s an issue.    very year. For two cameras, my subscription is not over until April of this year. One of the cameras they have cut off my Cloud service in February. I have been arguing with them since then and I have shown proof that the Subscription is still active, and they still will not turn my cloud back on, essentially stealing my money. The one that doesn’t expire until next December camera just stopped working out of nowhere. I bought brand new rechargeable batteries, and it still will not work. I also don’t like the fact that I can’t speak to a real person and I have to wait sometimes a week to speak to someone via chat. I know the price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

   Overall these are good cameras super easy to setup….however wish list —-pause feature sometimes it would be nice to place the camera or cameras on pause, they stop on their own once they reach a 100 plus clips—most annoying as my Rokus will just keep rolling into the 1000 plus, so with these have to keep cleaning up videos so they don’t shut off, don’t automatically allow a side view when you turn your phone—you have to click on the icon-annoying, would prefer some type of bundling price option for the Cloud or no cloud at all since we don’t save videos…the option to delete all instead of scro

It there before-super frustrating! And the cameras don’t allow you to watch-monitor without recording so you can only watch to the limit of the video timer—again frustrating-we use them for our chicken coop and would like to watch them for long periods of time but this isn’t an option Why don’t the cameras capture continuous movement—it is like snippets once again frustrating!

   I like this camera overall, but I do have some concerns. One issue I’ve noticed is that the camera sometimes stops recording even when people are still within view. For example, I recently had a delivery where the camera recorded the delivery person knocking and ringing the doorbell, then dropping the package— but the recording stopped prematurely. Fortunately, I have another camera installed above the door that caught the full interaction and confirmed how long the delivery person remained in the area.    erson leaving, which is an important part of the footage. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the camera sometimes fails to record when someone moves quickly, such as walking briskly down stairs. It often only begins recording once the person slows down, which results in only capturing the back of the individual. I do like the product, but I hope future updates can address these reliability and motion detection issues.

   PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS! I much rather give no stars. I bought this camera in June and it worked well for two months then it stopped operating or functioning properly as the camera stopped recording then eventually started to completely shut off. I contacted CS which you can only reach via the company’s app or device app and they sent a replacement however, although they sent the replacement, they have not transferred my 6 month subscription over to the new device prompting for me to have to purchase another subscription (subscriptions offered are only 6 and 12 months) in order to view record

Due to my experience with the faulty device and the lack of communication from CS I will not recommend this product for anyone. You will get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend more money on a more credible brand/product. You’ll regret purchasing this product. My neighbor have Blink and when she had issues with her doorbell camera she was able to speak to a live representative! Here you’ll get ignored. I have screenshots to prove it as well that you’ll get ignored by them.

   I just purchased this item and received it the same day. Instructions and set up very easy to understand and execute installation was a breeze. Only thing I would recommend is make sure you have a drill. Camera works extremely well senses all type of motion, including the trees blowing. I can see the entire front view of my house and house the house across from me . make sure you go in and set your features up to your likings, but they all work as promised . One thing I will say be prepared to purchase a cloud subscription, but you have your choice of subscriptions ranking from low to high in

I am very very pleased with this item and only spent $16 on and I’m getting the same high-quality that I would’ve gotten from a camera that might’ve cost $200 if not better I can see clearly at night as if it was daytime through my camera. It takes exceptional videos records saves you can share. This item is incredible. I absolutely recommended for anyone who needs some extra security at their house just to feel safe.

   The camera is not bad at all. Good quality and works fine. I wasn’t very lucky with my camera though. I bought it in January/2023. The wifi suddenly stopped working and I couldn’t have access to my camera anymore. As I paid for the store for the year, I bought a new one exactly the same. The new one connected to the wifi and works perfectly, but I am not being able to use my subscription. I don’t understand why, if I am using the same login and password as I was using with the old camera, and the subscription is valid until February/2024. They take hours to answer, sometimes even a day, and when day answer, they keep saying that I have to give them the ID of the old camera, and I am trying to explain that there’s no way for me to get the ID of the old camera because it’s broken. Since that suddenly disconnected from the WIFI, I have no access at all. And then after hours and hours, they answer with the same argument “we need the ID of your old camera”. I am very frustrated and furious, because I paid for the year, the camera stopped working by itself, and even buying the exact same camera, I cannot use my storage cloud, and the customer support doesn’t seem to care to help.

   I’ve had my solar power cameras for about a month. They were extremely easy to install on corners of my somewhat shady house, even though the cameras come with a rechargeable battery pack thst holds 3 AA batteries, and can recharge with a cord for an old phone or blue tooth speaker. Meaning you probably have the size cord it takes laying around your home. My cameras stay at at least 90% power at all times even on rainy day and I haven’t charged batteries not one time since I opened the package.    er, so you have more options on putting the panel in as much sunlight as you can pick up. The vision on cameras are great in day time . But at night if a vehicle rides by or pulls up , you’d really need flood lights to get a color and actual detailed model of vehicle. As far as picking up an actual person, it’s just the shape of the person unless you have lights . So , overall worth the money and a nice security system.

    When I first purchased the device it didn’t come with an SD card slot to have other record and replay options, I wish I had read the fine print, the app was updated and know unless you pay for i cloud subscription even if you already have it basically it just works for the moment and chime, but it was affordable when I bought it, decent graphics, a little slow to connect when going live, I’ve had charging issues, it was an ok device purchase at your own discretion, I will be looking into other devices as mines is useless at the point but I enjoyed it for a little while, I’d suggest adding a SI

    M card slot as everyone already has to pay a subscription for almost any and everything these day peoples pockets are tight and most of us bought the device in the first place because it was advertised respectfully that there was no subscriptions or monthly plans however we were offered subscriptions but know there’s no choice and no option for SD on my device that is as it’s a year old
