We’re a Yoga and Pilates studio in Collingwood, offering over 80 classes each week, plus infrared sauna and cold plunge. We’re open 363 days a year.

At I Am That, movement is less about performance and more about presence. We offer strong Vinyasa flow, dynamic Mat Pilates, Reformer classes that build strength and control, slower Yin, breathwork and guided nervous system practices. Alongside our class schedule, you can book recovery sessions in our infrared sauna or cold plunge to support rest, circulation and resilience.

Whether you’re brand new to Yoga or Pilates, returning after time away, or have been practising for years, our teachers create classes that are thoughtful, layered and welcoming. You’ll be guided clearly, offered options, and supported to move in a way that works for your body. No pressure, no ego, just well taught classes in a room that feels grounded and real.
