I would give the app 5 stars if there was better understanding on settings for sounds, building a library, and better explanations on what choices there is. Overall it has helped my sleep scores improve so I would recommend this app.

this app is so amazing I definitely did pay for the year only because the fact that I am working in this economy nowadays it's so hard to find peace and while everyone wants to use the calm app I prefer to use the better sleep because it is literally exactly what it means. since I have been using this app I have been tracking my sleep scores and my sleep scores have been so much better and my stress levels have been perfect!!

I absolutely this app. It has really helped me with insomnia and anxiety. The support staff is also super amazing and helpful. I made this first review in 2024 and I just felt the need to add to this review now. I've been using Bettersleep for many years and I've been so happy with it, but even more so when needed the support staff has been incredibly helpful and extremely kind. And I would honestly say that this app has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Deserves more than 5⭐️s

I love being able to make my own soundtrack for my meditations, and the support staff is incredibly kind and helpful. 3 stars. It looses a star for randomly stopping without and telling us why. And looses another star for if volume is to high it will stop. Unless thay has been coincidence. -gained 2 stars from response and help provided, in process if figuring bug out entirely. -lost 2 star cause bug came back. Where it's crashing when sound notification from other things crash it. note from dev helped. but Samsung has anti battery drain on it which closes the app. I have to have it open when locking phone.
