Worst customer experience and broken automated system! Every time I place an order, it gets cancelled automatically within seconds without any valid reason. Payments get deducted, but orders are blocked. Customer support is completely useless—executives make false promises saying "the issue will be resolved in 24 hours," but nothing happens even after days. Their backend OFM team never replies to emails. My paid Prime benefits are completely stuck. Absolute waste of time and mental peace.

I am writing to escalate my serious dissatisfaction with Amazon's delivery service and the manner in which my recent complaints have been handled. I have faced two back-to-back instances where my parcels have not been delivered to my location, despite the tracking updates showing that the packages had already arrived at the final delivery station in Ahmedabad / were supposedly out for delivery. What is even more disappointing is the response from Amazon Customer Service.

Amazon Pay UPI was working fine until the latest updates, post updating this aap, app automatically now asking to re register for UPI and while doing the same it says UPI registration is Blocked. 1.Device: Redmi note 9 pro max 2.Developer not enabled 3.No third party app of virus scanner 4.Default phone rom 5.UPI working fine on GPay, Mobiwik, Paytm, and other banking apps only Amazon pay not working.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a product and paid online, but it was never delivered even though the app showed it as delivered. I waited one extra day and then complained to customer service. They asked me to wait 2 days and promised a callback, but 3 days passed with no call or update, so I had to contact them again. Amazon’s biggest disadvantage is that a delivery agent can mark an order as delivered without actually delivering it. Meesho is much better. It uses OTP verification.
