    It's really helpful when you're hospitalized and the Dr's aren't telling you squat. test results hit the app almost immediately as far as I can see. you already have a good idea when they come see you for 5 min after waiting 7 hours for them to come talk to you. it's also good for remembering what medications you were given, what changes you have in meds, reviewing and chart notes.     Once you are an established patient with Wellstar health, you can easily setup the app, once you put your birthday and email address into the app, you will get all your health treatment history from Wellstar, plus any messages or upcoming appointments. I have used a bunch of apps, but this one is a very secure one So don't be shy about using it for your health issues.

    So far, I’m finding the app very useful. I just finished a video appointment with my doctor using the app, and it was very simple and easy to do. I’ve also been able to pay my bill, review upcoming and past appointments, read doctors’ notes, and access a lot more information all in one place. So far, it has made managing my healthcare much easier.

    Great program, easy to use, very friendly. One minor issue I had was when I added in medications I missed during the initial review, I couldn't type in the start date for the medications. For example, for July 9, 2021 I had to use the calendar. And go back by month 5 years to make the date accurate. It would have been a lot easier just to be able to type in 07/09/2021. Minor glitch in an excellent program.

    If you want to be informed about your health, you should get this app. It's really that simple. It tracks all your health records and it's especially good for getting test results. A couple of years ago, I was hospitalized and getting blood tests & other tests every few hours. Having this app allowed me to get results immediately. The results are clearly laid out with helpful explanations and what "normal" should be. That helped me have better conversations when my doctors came in.

    I LOVE IT! I rely on My Chart to keep my appointments straight. also, they doctor attaches notes after the visit so you can easily review what was said, next steps, etc. You can easily send your doctor a request. I couldn't be without it. If you're new, just keep trying the different options until you learn how much this program can do for you!!!

    I welcome having everything in my hands, but I have constantly struggled with being able to log in quickly and this can cause issues if I'm needing to access quick info. Continuous identity verification every time I sign in brings some confusion sometimes due to my short term memory problem. I do like having access to billing, payments, and receipts. That is tremendous because it helps with my memory issue. I don't have to remember. kinda.

    If anything, this version of MyChart has more options than I know how to use, and some, like Medication updates and check-in interviews are sometimes difficult to complete because I take so many meds. Still, it is easy to find the major categories of information about my conditions and meds, and to update information. One gripe is in Messages, where I cannot edit a message that I have already submitted, and I sometimes run out of space well before I notice that I am over the maximum entry limit.
