I used to love this app. Now, after the last update,I can't see any of my images or X-rays. Frustrating, because the issues I'm dealing with deal with X-rays I get sent to a page that said it wasn't working, with a blue reload button at the bottom. I liked having some kind of resource for my health with my doctors. Please fix this problem.

I continuously get a "Error has occurred on the server, please try again later." message. I have reported this Many Times, reinstalled, etc., etc. Please fix this problem, it often stops, freezes me out of doing anything! Now I am stopped from submitting this Review. What are all these problems?? Please Fix instead of Updating without addressing these issues!

The app has become extremely frustrating to use. It constantly asks me to change my password and rarely keeps me logged in, so I have to go through passkey verification almost every time I open it. More importantly, the “Notes for Care Team” section has suddenly disappeared. I used this section regularly to read important daily updates from my care team, and now I cannot find those updates anywhere in the app. Please fix the repeated login issues and bring back the care team notes.

this is such a terrible app. it's super hard to log into even if you have your password and user name correct. it takes forever to log in IF and I mean IF it works. * edit they merged this app with another one called UKmychart. well it's even worse now. I can't log in at all it wont send me the code i need. and it doesn't tell me about my emergency room visits and meds etc. it's way worse than it was before.

Was great until every day for a few weeks now it says "server error" and no one has bothered to fix it. Update: This app is still garbage. I can't make an appointment through this at all. It keeps saying that whatever reason for my visit is not valid and I tried several different reasons just to see. Useless garbage app.

I find myself frustrated EVERY time I use "my chart". I have left msgs for selected Drs. n in reply - "u can call....to make an appointment." I figured that's what the schedule appointment selection was for. Ur app could be dumbed down/simpler.. like brain, ear, kidney Dr. etc. Pill discription...round, green, etc. Select to refill. All really frustrating!! Not a convenance in my book!

It's good to get test results, but this app was just thrown together without testing. Not one of the links for "Additional Information" (for example about a test) navigates to a successful search result, leaving patients in the dark. It would appear there needs to be a translation layer between the test names and the actual keywords used on the reference site. Devs can reach out to me if you'd like someone competent to finish programming your app.

App has always worked just fine until recently. Now, it keeps saying I have to verify my account on/through the Playstore but if that doesn't work, then I can still access my account through a web browser. I am not finding anything that helps me fix the issue with the app and it constantly just reroutes me away from the app and to a web browser. Fix this please! Or help me with what I need to do. Then, I will adjust my rating!

I seemed to have lost a lot of my information because I could not log in. Everytime I tried to log in, I would get a message about try again password or log in does not work. I had the same passwords for all accounts, and I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the app and change the password. After doing that, I seemed to have lost 3 accounts. It worked fine until this last update
