at first they frequently called described about package and then I missed a call , I made payment through Google play , and complained that my pack hasn't been activated , the customer service team replied to me that he called to guide me to chose magic bricks payment , that people all are thinking as spammers and not collecting information properly , while I couldn't change my email id it's not editable as given in help section , the chatbot is not helping , I feel so helpless with this team

I have purchased titanium package, even then my property is showing as free listing. I have contacted customer care so may times, still no response. Very pathetic services of Magicbricks, they always cheat the customers by charging money and did not provide any service.

magicbricks is a good property platform to list down the property & genuine buyers will contact you. Positive feedback: For sure, your property will be sold out or rent-out by list out here, similarly if you are looking to buy or on rent, there have multiple options. Negative feedback: There is one drawback that their sales team always force to buy the paid services by calling multiple times, this is horrible.
