    There are much better options. This app used to be great. Now, you can't do ANYTHING without having to watch 15 ads and then put your code back in. It's ridiculous. edit: and of course you won't have these issues if you just buy the premium edition. 🙄

    Can't get my purchased app to desktop after Verizon screwed it. Without my Pro and ProKey there ARE FAR FAR FAR too many ads. It's disgusting to the point I would NEVER buy anything that was advertised. Not to mention the phishing, spam, or malware you might get if you accidentally or (stupidly) on purpose clicked on one those ads.

    App constantly deletes hidden files! I've lost over 50 valuable files due to this app. The files are hidden for a few days & then after that the app says they're no longer accessible. The "find file now" feature does absolutely nothing to regain access either. Beware! Do not hide a file with this app that you aren't prepared to lose permanently!!! EXTREMELY disappointed that I've lost my files and I paid this app to secure them! Can't put a price on my loss!

    Been using this app for years, but recently it's been absolutely terrible. I'm constantly sent this strange error "Fix SD Card issue" for my android phone where I have tried literally everything to stop this glitch from happening. I have updated my android phone, moved, transferred, re encrypted, etc and this takes HOURS to fix. Each time it would temporarily work and a day later the message respawns and the process continues where I can't open my images. FRUSTRATING CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME??

    THE ADS ARE OUT OF CONTROL! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APP! The unpaid version is 90% locked ads, and 10% usability. It has gotten worse and worse with every update. In fact some of the ads close button we're buried under the link to sign up for the ads. I have been a user for 5 years and could not wait to pull my pictures and data off of it. Even when I was able to remove my data, some of it came back to its original location corrupted....

    Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Ads are required to keep the app available for free. If you are unhappy with the ads you can upgrade to our premium service. This will give you additional premium features like Fingerprint!

    Used to be great, but the ads have gotten completely out of control. Half the time I can't even get logged into the app because they screwed up the sizing and the ad can't be closed. Then when I'm in, an ad every time I open a folder. Then every time I try to open a file within that folder. Edit to respond to dev: I don't need to give more feedback. You replied nearly two years after I left this review and uninstalled the app

    A very, very useful app with an annoying, deal breaking design flaw. After spending months saving files in the app I somehow disabled the write permission for the SD card storage. Files are still on the SD, but I can't add any files onto the SD at all, even outside of the app using the normal files app. The options to move files to the SD and vice versa are gone which is really infuriating. This has happened more than once. Please provide a fix.

    A full course in why to never update apps. Do you want your saved files missing? Do you want your favorites to move around every time you use one so you can't keep track of it? Do you want to not be able to download videos to a specific folder? And have certain websites not load at all or detect nothing? No? We'll add all of that!

    I had this at a 5 star review and I came back just to give it a 1 star they will ad you to death after every click you make there is an ad and some ads are quick and some ads or anywhere between 5 and 10 min long. I get you guys have to make money but they put so many ads in to try and force you to buy the premium version.

    Not good anymore. Not only is it absolutely filled to the brim with ads but I had to uninstall because you're sending my phone push notifications for a "PRIVATE" app. I don't want people to know I have this app so why don't you just send giant notifications that say "gallery vault- hide your private files"... Oh wait your already do. This is a trash app that someone decided was too good and they proceeded to fill it with ads. You guys really had something good going and you ruined it. 0/5 star

    Hii! I'm currently very upset with this app :) I began to use it but then grew tired of it since locking each picture took quite a while so I gave up and just deleted it. With that, after deleting the app I looked at my photos later on in the day. Every picture I had not selected to 'hide' within the app had been deleted. Mind you there were thousands that were gone- many of which were important to me. I can't help but be a bit upset about this.

    I would've given it a zero star rating if possible. Lost all my files, that were backed up to the cloud. No real support offered from the developers. Initially was disappointed, but due to the lack of support just pissed now. What's the use of having a cloud back up option if you can't restore anything from it after resetting your phone.

    At it's core, this is a good app and has potential to be the best of its kind on the store. However, you are bombarded by ads and the pricing for the pro features to remove ads is absolutely ridiculous. None of the pro features justify subscription billing, and the lifetime price is way too high even at the current 60% off. I was going to purchase the pro features but the pricing model was a big red flag. I currently cannot recommend this.

    Been using this app for years but now it's trash. Your photos will get corrupted, you can't import/export too many files, and it gets worse every update. If you have photos, export little by little (about 100 max) to save your photos. Using Android's encryption option is a better option than this depending on who or how you use your device.

    One thing the changelogs never mention is that they keep finding places to put more ads, but the pictuer viewer remains half functional. As of this review, new ads have just been added. Ads can appear when closing a photo, closing a video, closing the web browser, closing an album, at the end of albums, the top of the list of albums, the top of the albums page, as every option of the second tab other than the browser, and the entire bottom half of the second tab. It's too much, not worth the $
