  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Danielle: account is needed to use the app.
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Nolan Rosa: Gift cards can't be used, if the card can't pay for the whole order. it's just a forever cycle of topping off the card.
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Adam: Online menu for my store lets me make a taco Fresco (No spur cream or cheese) but the app has no such selection, so you have to pay more to get the same things.
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, B VS: PORTION SIZES RECEIVED ARE MUCH MUCH LESS THAN PICTURED... ORDER A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM IT IS PICTURED FULL TO THE CONTAINER BRIM.. ALMOST OVERFLOWING .. PAID $0.90 AND RECEIVED IT HALF FULL.
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Zach: absolutely disgusted with Taco Bells greed. I ordered the steal gordita crunch and they gave me some tiny little thing. 4 pieces of steak on it. the app was very misleading and these we're not cheap either. straight up extortion. Will not be trusting the app anymore.
