Frequently plays the wrong episode of the show I'm watching, but conveniently i cant check to make sure im on the right episode until after the ad break🤔 then it will start playing a random episode from a different show ive never watched at the end of an episode of my current binge watch, again, not able to know that until after 2 ad breaks (one for the end of the current watch then one before the next). i cant believe people pay for this, i only use it because i got it for free with my wifi

I have this through Xfinity and I haven't even watched it for over a year. The ads are brutal and take your attention away from the program you are watching.

this app will say it will show a certain game but won't actually show it absolutely the worst app they should be taken to court for false advertising getting people to pay for a subscription and not even having what they claim to show

Lots of good shows but seems like the more you watch it, the more commercials it shows. Also freezes a lot sometimes. Really starting to sour on this app. Commercials becoming more frequent and longer...120 seconds. Crummmy

I can't get ahold of they're customer service and I was charged 4 times in a row in the same month for peacock needless to say I'm livid one of them was denied because I didn't have the money in there but the other 3 took my money...I want help from customer service representative or I'll leave my rating at q star when I would choose 5 but this is insane so I need help someone please contact me.
