Most pathetic trading app .Always some issue..pathetic no customer care support..avoid this app ..trst me..no commmodities option available in this app...most of the shares are blocked for intraday trading...the charges are highest compared to other platforms like Groww n all.Literally avoid this app.go for some apps like GRoww,angel etc

1) There is no way to get CMR copy from the app - This is quite basic 2) There is no way to raise a ticket to get the same. Only call option is available with long wait times 3) When I called on the support number, to my suprise my wait position changed from 17 to 15 to 19!!! Really? how does that happen? I have the recording as proof

They do nothing for last 10 days. Mann it's a torture using this app. Whenever you open the app it shows some options restricting the usage. Every time being distracted from that popups that just won't go away. Looks like paytm don't want people to use their app peacefully.

wanted to start a new investment and SIP, Paytm money is forcing for autopay feature, this should be a choice to the users, not something that you force, there is no way to skip the option either, hence I'm now using different app which gives users an option to choose their strategy

Awful experience. Account is in dormant status and the option to reactivate takes to nominee updation page where nominee details are already there and on clicking save it says you aren't allowed to do any modifications. raised a ticket but no response even after 24 hrs. It seems it won't let me do any transaction and pushing to look for alternatives. Already sent mail as suggested on 1st Sept morning and NO response yet.
