Horrible customer service. I reached out multiple times about transferring my subscription that I've had for 10+ years after getting a new phone. the only response I received addressed something entirely different. Probably AI responses instead of humans. Unfortunate that they'll lose a long time customer to a different service, and I'll be encouraging all my friends who I influenced to use Airbrush to switch to a new app.

To resolve this issue, please select "Restore Purchases" directly from "Settings" on the home page menu. Make sure that you're logged into the same account with which you made the purchase and have mobile data and wifi activated on your phone for a better connection. If this doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall the app, then try again

UPDATE I RECENTLY WAS JUST CHARGED FOR A YEAR MEMBERSHIP EVEN THOUGH I'M ON A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND NOW FOR 10 DAYS SO I WAS FORCED TO CHANGE MY RATING CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS UNRESPONSIVE IN EMAILS. I SHOULD HAVE HAD MY REFUND OF $60 BY NOW. I love it, it's a great app, simple to use and great results.

This app has been great. But for some reason, the sharpen tool, probably one of the most important, is downgraded. It is now far lower quality than it was before. it is currently the weakest sharpen tool I have used. I'll get another app for that while paying for this app. Why downgrade an app in the first place?

Edited: Even worse than it was before. Still limited to what you can do as a pro member, but it seems even less. I can only get 1-2 uses of the hourglass body edit a day before I reach the "pro" limit. And it counts if you use it not if you save it so you can't even test it out to see if you'll even like the edit. Also if it fails to edit it still counts toward your limit. The limits don't seem to reset like they should either. Can no longer recommend after the 7.23.0 version.

I cancelled this 2 months ago and I'm being charged a new subscription 😡. I cancelled and got a refund for being charged for a free trial. I cancelled at that time. I'm now being charged with a new subscription 😡. Don't ever use this app, they will access your PayPal account and charge without notifying you. you sent me apple refund and cut off android. tell me android refund. I've been working on this 2 hours.

Ive had this photo editing app for a few years now. it USE to be a pretty good app with plenty of free features but now it seems like everything is locked. they don't even label it as a premium until after you try to save the change and realize you cant unless you pay. Now you have to pay to use the most basic features. so, Ive decided to uninstall it after all these years. I have already found another app that gives me way more free options than what's ever been offered here.

Greedy. I've used this app for many years. It was the first downloaded on every new device. I used it for work. lately, it's become almost unusable due to all of the greed of the app. The insufferable video ads just to save your photo to your gallery. It crashes now due to ads you can't close even after viewing. I'm so sad to see it change so much. I always wrap talked FaceTune app over this to anyone but now I found myself making the switch myself. it's cheaper and less ads. SO BUGGY NOW!!!!!!

I've had this app for years now. all of the sudden they do a switcharu...you pay for the app and it looks like everything is working but no, they've shut off certain features for you to pay more. but you're already trapped into the subscription only to find out you need another subscription to get full access after you already paid and they don't tell you in the begining about this change. it's misleading and malicious. it's a little scammy.
