Just completely and absolutely worthless. never in my entire life have I used an app with a less intuitive UI that also can't even do the one thing it is designed to do. anytime I launched this garbage app and open any of the folders it insta freezes and then crashes. upon opening it again it will just repeatedly freeze and crash and freeze and crash, but if I keep going it might eventually work although that is not even guaranteed so I might justwaste 15 minutes freezing and crashing. 0/10

Don't use this! I put photos/ videos in the vault, and when the free trial ends they make you pay for premium to get them back out or you will lose them. So I figured Id just pay for the month, get my pictures, and cancel it, but I was charged for a whole year. Even though I cancelled same day, I can't get a refund. Their wording is very misleading. Trickery!!!

Well, it started off great, but after the updates, I will be uninstalling. I can not export (unencrypt) any files! So I am lucky that I have most things on a backup at home. But I am hundreds of miles from home and need to give someone a file. Plus, the nags to buy the 'professional' version are becoming much more often and insistent. So it's time to look elsewhere.

I've been using this app for 5+ years and even used to pay. It used to be phenomenal. For the last 3-4 weeks I have been unable to access my photos, which are extremely important. I'm lucky if the PIN screen even shows up when I open the app! I want my photos! Reached out to customer service and the solution that was provided was ineffective. I have reached out again. Unless or until this issue is fixed, my 1 star review stands. Even after it's fixed, I'm not going to be using this app again.

Years ago I thought this app was great and gave it 5 stars. But I noticed that a LOT of my photos or videos are no longer showing up. They hit you with the "Premium storage" fees after a while and most of the pics that I thought were safely stored are no longer available... especially after I get a new phone and reopen the app. This makes it worthless to me if pics don't transfer over.

I wasnt going to write a review, but I've sent 4 emails with no reply. You guys robbed me. I have been a longtime user of yours and yesterday I wanted to recover a photo in the trash. I was given the option of $1.99 for one month, $23.99 for a year and $149 for "lifetime". I chose $1.99 since I only needed one picture and you guys charged me for a year! If you guys are going to just take peoples money, why give an option? I do NOT recommend this app they will take your money without permission!

Works okay. If you import photos from the app, it deletes them from your gallery. If you share them with Keepsafe from your gallery app, it doesn't delete them from the gallery. You can't rearrange photos in an album unless you put them into the album one at a time in the order you want. I often get corrupted or 0 byte photos out when I try to export them back out of Keepsafe, so be sure to keep an extra copy safe somewhere else in case it messes up the pictures.

This app gives me a degree of privacy with my files, I wish I could drag files from different folders to keep safe. It allows me to save photos from different locations on my phone. Updated review: the app has become unusable, it crashed every time I open it. I can't access my files. I have cancelled my yearly subscription, it's not worth it. Sad!

Puts you into a trial without saying it, no warnings that once the trial runs out it sets a certain amount of storage, and anything you had over that amount of storage will be held hostage in a trash folder until you pay to upgrade to recover them. Lost a bunch of photos because of it, and am not paying money just to get them back and move them to a better app. Do not use this app unless you're planning on paying for it!!

App worked great when you would store your data on a 3rd party app like Dropbox granted there was really no security anyone with a little common sense could see it, I mean all it does is change the file extension to something else, but I decided to stay. paid the yearly subscription to save my data on their servers, I upgraded my phone apparently it wasn't saved on their servers even though it was in the app for over a year and change lost my stuff and no solution from them.

Pressed "export" on some of my photos while exploring the options that the app had. I still don't know what "export" means, but the app got rid of all my photos and I have no idea where they went. So then I PAID to look through the deleted files and not only were they NOT there, but the app won't let me cancel my subscription for 6 months, even on the monthly rate that I opted for. In summary, was charged $60 dollars and lost all my photos. DO NOT USE
