    once again I spent jewels it accepted them to complete mission 1 and after it said it was complete and it awarded me the 7trillion it negated the purchase. then when I contact support they tell me I spent the jewels on something else. this is the third time this happened to me in this game and they don't ever make it right. do not download this game do not play this game they rob you for your hard-earned money and then when there's a glitch on their end they make excuses and never resolve.

    9/30/2026 new update. so i unlocked (let the games begin) back In May of 2026 because of progress in the game, then you locked it up and i had to use blue gems to unlock it, so I made it one of my favorites. now you have locked it up again and want me to use more blue gems to unlock it, what kind of BS is this, and to contact your support team won't happen because they want to much personal information. Fix the game and stop playing around!

    absolutely abysmal customer service and the win rate is ridiculously low i bought 1.5 trillion coins lost them all on 1b spins within a few hours this game is ridiculous save yourself the time of installing play something else

    you have a fake, possibly scam version of this game force installing itself on people's phones off of reward ads on other apps. if you try to go to its page on the app store through the app manager it tries to bring you to an external site that I won't even enter the information it's asking and risk some type of Spyware installing on my phone. might want to do some investigating into that. Update: I didn't take any screenshots before deleting. if it happens again I'll attach some.

    There are windows that pop open while you are spinning. At first they will go away as soon as I spinning again but now they are forcing me to stop playing to close it "there is a window open, close it to continue" this breaks my concentration and is incredibly annoying. These are the mini games they have separately and they have a ton. it interferes with the gaming experience in completely disruptive manner.

    Here is what happens in this game...Earn some coins have a little fun, then lose all coins and they push buy more buy more. Then I close the app and don't touch it for 2-3 weeks, then they give you a welcome back gift. I earn some coins have like one or two sessions of fun, then hit nothing for over a hundred spins and lose all money, then repeat to get welcome back gift. This game is not random, it gives you a higher chance if you buy coins, just do what I do and at least you have a little fun.

    Pay to play with incessant notifications. I played on and off a few times today. Nice graphics but some games I had to force close the app as there was no way to return to the lobby. I noticed notifications every 20 to 30 mins all day which is a bit annoying in itself. After dinner and some other tasks, I picked up my phone to see a notification from the game stating my "absence triggered an account review." Excuse me but...what did I do besides take a break? Rude! Uninstalling.

    I have been playing this game since 12/24. During that time there was an "Ads" feature where you could watch 20 ads and get different awards with the final award including a 24 hour "Mega Dice". Without notice, after I made a purchase and after watching 17 ads (just short of the 20 required to get the final rewards), the Ads feature disappeared. When I inquired about this, I was told it was their advertising partners fault. That is not possible as any programmer knows.

    You can never keep money if you want to play for a couple hours cause none of the games allow bonuses after playing a while. I had 6 trillion dollars and went down to almost zero in less then an hour because none of the games would hit bonuses. Or big line hits. I think it's unfair for playing with free money. But I've spent a lot of my own personal money to buy more chips or coins or diamonds etc. And still can't win anything. These games suck.

    Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy this game. Just not all the time and the times of enjoyment are steadily declining quite rapidly. In my experience here, the longer you play this game the less likely you are to win. In almost a year playing I've not hit one grand or maxi jackpot and only a couple majors. Also, about half the time you click to watch an ad to spin again it just freezes and the spin is lost. Notifications about free coins only come through about half the time as well. Very annoying.

    So according to the ads that run, we are able to get jackpots and free spins in every 10 spins. Do not fall for this. I just spun 100 times, no free spins or even one jackpot. Don't believe the ads. As my coins started disappearing, the coin sales appeared more. So much for you don't have to spend a dime. Thanks for wasting my time. Stop the false advertising!

    It may just be my experience but this game was fun for the first little bit that I played it even got up to a trillion in coins. But as soon as I decided not to rate it when it asked I began getting no jackpots at all on any game and lost all of my coins. I go back to try every so often and it just is constant loss. I've had better " luck" in a real casino. I'd like to add it also seems my wins stopped after making a purchase for lounge points. There's obviously some system that favors the new.

    Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Your pricing algorithm is terrible and will probably be the downfall of this game. Items shouldn't increase with each time you make a purchase (i.e. kitty bank, event items, etc.) You can still make money (probably even more) if you keep your prices fixed. The more you charge, the less people are going to buy.
