Absolutely terrible experience with using this app. You can't cancel your subscription, even if you mail them, they will ignore you or reply with scripted and typical messages. Fighting with them during last month and still can't cancel my subscription.

absolutely impossible to reach anyone about unsubscribing and then you are continually charged. Third-party reseller will not help with the unsubscribe process or getting refunds from the additional charges after the request was made.

The last update introduced constant gratulation pop-ups which for example happen every time you are halfway through a 2-minute lesson(!) Meaning you'll have to suffer through the same animation hundreds of times🤦 Moreover they constantly push you for a review: 4-5 stars get redirected to here and bad reviews go to their ticket service. To which I received a standardized reply on how to cancel my membership - which I didn't even ask for!

Dishonest business, been trying to get a refund since I bought a subscription weeks ago. DO NOT PAY THEM! You will have no recourse. STAY AWAY! Immediately after my purchase I asked for a refund and cancelation of my subscription. The company's bot repeatedly told me I would be contacted. I was finally able to speak to a representative AFTER the window for a refund passed. No refund. Lousy criminal company.
