We’re very sorry this happened. If you had Cloud Vault enabled and your photos had finished uploading, you can reinstall the app and sign in to your Cloud Vault account to restore your content.

please do not use this app I installed the application after that I put all my pics privacy pics everything 😭 in that application and the application was showing me please put this in cloud volt that can secure your data so I put that all stuff in that cloud after that I set a password then after accidentally the application was uninstalled I don't know how I think it was automatically and then after 6&7 times I send them email they are not responsing even the developer and the team what is ?😭

Used it for a while. Had photos saved, but then they locked most of the features behind a paywall and it deleted half of everything I had. Even when I upgraded the files were still gone.

Hi, First of all, sorry for any issues you are having. You can still use the app for free, you should be able to close the dialogue and use the app usually by tapping on "Switch to basic".

this app was great until the pictures and videos I put in become unviewable. when reaching out asking for help, they don't really give you an update. I've had photos on the app for about a year before they became inaccessible. I am quite disappointed. I even bought the upgraded version thinking it would get them back to no luck.

DO NOT USE! I have been using photo vault for several years with no issue but due to recents updates have lost access to all my videos stored in the vault. They used to offer a one off payment offer for 'Pro' access, no ads & backups for folder content, they recently have removed this & gone to a subscription based model that is really expensive. Since this change i have lost my videos, they show in the folders but do not play & not possible to download. Support have stopped responding to me!

worst customer care experience : they charged me for yearly subscription and deleted my data , when I reached out to them they have asked me upload pictures or screenshots of payment and error , and I did as they asked after that no reply , I have multiple follow emails and got no replies to them.

like most apps, it started out functional and was slowly overtaken by ads. time to find a new one that's not going to force you to wait 30 seconds every time you open it and have fake 'X' that triggers pop-up ads that override control of your screen.

I have been using this app for years. literally over a decade. it has always been good. But there are a few really glaring issues to me now. One, why can't I copy files from one folder to another instead of just moving? we had this feature briefly not too long ago and now it's gone. so if you want multiple copies you have to export and then re-import. But the biggest issue for me, and it never used to do this, it constantly shuffles your files when you move them. Transfer files in order!

I've had this app for a very long time. Then one day I can't get into my albums. I've contacted customer support several times and each time they say to enter the PW 8 times and then you should get a reset option. Nope! Never happens. How in the world do you run a company that cannot help you reset your password it's ridiculous!!! When you decide to upgrade things you should send out emails to your customers letting them know of the changes. Frustrated!!

Good to go. - (6/3/2017; gave 5 stars) Update (3/16/2023) - Not sure what happened with this app, but it all the sudden stopped functioning correctly. Out of nowhere, it won't let me upload anything to it. It keeps saying "enable permissions" even though all permissions are enabled. I lost all my data uninstalling it, then reinstalling it. Still doesn't function. This app went from awesome to useless literally overnight.
