    food is good but your team was inept at handling the business they were faced with tonight. I was told they had a big influx of food ordered and needed to wait in the parking lot and they would be out shortly. After 15 minutes I went into the store to retrieve my order that was still not ready. I believe I ordered thru the app at about 6:30pm and it was after 7pm that I was able to leave with my order. At least the order was correct and the associate was apologetic when he handed out my order.

    another one of these cheat apps. you purchased something and it cannot recognize the transaction ID from your receipt. try over and over. it never takes a receipt transaction number. it's a scam. pass this junk up

    one star customer service. messaged three times about ordering online and then getting their and the item i ordered not being available and no refund or resolution was given. restuarant made zero effort. thinks their entitle to customers money for items they dont even sell but list online.

    Sorry BK but we had to stop spending with you. We kept coming back and putting up with your soybean burgers, stringy chicken and what seemed like last night's reruns. Your ads are saying you've changed but when I see 50 patties in a bin I know that nothing is fresh like it used to be. What would be nice would to be putting your ad dollars into making your food as good as it used to be. We've spent thousands with you and we will again if you change but not until then. p.s. your fries are good.

    I recently started going back after decades, and was pretty excited about the new whopper. The first couple were ok, except the pickles were stacked in one bite on the first couple though. I decided to open mine up and spread them around this time, when I did a freakin fly flew out from under my bun! DISGUSTING!!! I will never go back or try this garbage company again!

    waited 45 mins to an hour to be helped just to end up missing something from the order so we had to go back around and wait another 20mins...all for a pick up order and we had to go to the drive through cause the inside was closed
