app is ok, great graphic features fun until you see ads, just like any gane I play they wabt you to buy a pass to get rewards while playing the game. it's ok for the time being, but ads are annoying, taking out the fun. also not user friendly when playing offline or no network connection. it takes a while to start when loading as well. it will check your connections.

Great game, but the ads are becoming unbearable. There’s an ad before, after, and sometimes immediately between levels. It feels less like I’m playing a game and more like I’m being pushed to pay for the “no ads” premium. I understand needing ads in a free game, but this is excessive. Worse, ads sometimes glitch/crash, and I lose the reward or extra life I watched the ad for. PLEASE FIX THIS.

It's really fun and addicting. I thought it was worth buying the no ads package, but the levels get harder as you go. Which is expected, but the problem is that the upgrading is getting more and more expensive so I would have to go back to the previous levels and earn coins just to purchase the damn items, since moving on will only waste time and energy by losing for being broke. There is no reason to pay more than 6k coins for each upgrade. Ridiculous, and NO I'm not paying anymore.

I would have given it 5 stars but the game gets too hard to beat unless you buy gems. At first all levels are easy and even the hard ones can be beat but towards the end of the tour levels there is no way anyone can beat it without using all your won gems and then need to buy even more gems. Also way too many ads. I understand games need ads to keep the game running but this is overkill.

Ad after every level that redirects you to play store. Sometimes the game freezes after you've been redirected out of it; and you have to close the game and reopen it. It is nearly impossible to pass levels once you get to level 100 (there are three sublevels per level, so 100-1, 100-2, 100-3 for example), so the game basically forces you to spend money to get supports to pass the level (e.g., instant cook, instant serve, etc.) in order to progress through the levels after that.

Update: game is getting worse. The weekly pass now requires you to watch videos to get each reward instead of them being free. You also have to click through all the stupid events to just get to the main game screen. I don't care about the overly difficult events that just try to get you to spend money, I paid for the ad free version so I can just play the game, yet there is little benefit. I recommend trying a different game.

I was really enjoying the game. But then I started trying to 3 star the levels. And I hit a level where it is literally impossible to beat without the extra customer boost. I perfectly completed the level. Got everyone served quickly. I have everything upgraded. Yet... I didn't make enough and the game asked me if I wanted to do the extra 3 customer boost. I was about to buy the ad free version to. But I am not playing, let alone giving money to, a game that is rigged to make you spend boosts.

i had this game for a long time. Sometimes i would go periods without playing it. Lately I notice we do not get nearly as many coins as we use to when completing a level. It is impossible to clear some levels because you have to upgrade, but the amount of coins you get each level cleared is not enough so you have to purchase there bundles. It doesn't make the game fun. I am about to uninstall certain. levels i cant complete and it is taking lives and not giving me enough coins to upgrade.

love this game, but the new update with a billion forced ads is a nightmare. one of my favorite things about this game was that if you didn't manage to claim all your rewards before the weekly challenge was up, it would automatically give you your rewards next time you logged in. felt like it was designed to keep me coming back, and it worked. now that you have to watch ads to get your """"rewards"""", they're gone when the week is up. it's very frustrating. I might be done with this game.

The game is fun and enjoyable up until a level where they force ads on you after every single round. It's quite over done since you watch ads anyway to get extra items. I wouldn't mind if it was an ad every couple of goes but it's literally after every single round. It's overdone. Now mind you, you can go ad free so long as you buy the game for 2.99. So the game is most enjoyable if you pay for it. But it's not challenging enough to be worth that either.

I am on level 250. I used to love this game and was extremely addicted. The holiday challenges are creative and there are plenty of side quests so I was never bored. I'm extremely unhappy with the new changes. As I play, I earn rewards that add up for the week, that were just collected. Now, I have to watch an ad to collect each individual reward THAT WAS ALREADY EARNED IN GAME PLAY. I paid to remove ads when I first started playing. The game forces purchases to advance. I'm disappointed.

It is a fun game, don't get me wrong. But the most recent update that forces you to watch an ad for EVERY event reward is so. much. Especially because even just passing one level can get you to two or three event rewards. I'm not willing to watch 30 ads to get the rewards. if it was watch ONE ad to get all the rewards, that'd be one thing. but THIRTY? no thanks.

I loved this game at the start. But once you hit 60 and go to levels higher than that, diamonds and boosters are basically necessary and the gameplay isn't even fun at that point it's just chaos. I get they make money with those microtransactions. The company also makes money when I watch the ads for the free diamonds. The amount of time I've put into this game to hit a cap where you basically can't beat levels unless you buy packs of currency is beyond frustrating.

There are difficult levels that require more trying and skills, but they are definitely passable. Boosters are helpful but not necessary. way too many ads. there's an ad after every level. you can watch an ad to get extra coins and then after that ad you're forced to watch another ad that's 1 minute plus long. When given the option to push the "X" when it comes up, it takes you to Google Play to force you to download the ad. not cool. I'm not paying just to have the ads removed. id say just less ads, at least after every 3 levels. it's a very fun game but given I watch more ads than I actually play I'm just going to uninstall it.
