I don't like the updates and the modernizing of the look sent an email to the email address here to inquire about my problem with my premium subscription only to direct me to the troubleshoot in their website that doesn't sove my problem I guess this is what happens when you prioritizing AI instead of caring for your customers I would give this no stars if possible

anything functional is behind their paywall. Free just says upgrade. Adds are FULL SCREEN which prevents any access. Do not recommend

★☆☆☆☆ Paper Lane · 5 Oct 2026

I've been using Avast for 20 years. Today I loaded Avast on my android and this is what I found "No longer is Avast the best free antivirus". Avast has become the thing I believed they were preventing me from, ("A VIRUS"). WOW! The adds, the phish to purchase upgrades, and horrible, disgusting money grubbing! Avast got here analyzing data of free private home subscriptions, Today I have done something I never thought I would do. "Deleted Avast"

Hi, thanks for sharing your concern about Avast One deleting an item during a virus alert. What was deleted, and what did the alert say? Please share those details with us at support.avast.com so we can help identify what happened. *Avast

★★★☆☆ Dino Dahlgren · 4 Oct 2026 · v26.15.0.260901787

The process to install on new devices is very convoluted. I'm on my 5th one time pass code and still trying. The VPN changed and no longer allows peer to peer downloads. Probably a deal killer for me.

Developer reply · 4 Oct 2026

Hi Dino, we understand that repeated one-time codes are making setup on your new device difficult, and that the VPN no longer supports your P2P downloads. Please contact us at support.avast.com so our team can investigate both concerns. *Avast
