    I have had this app since it was vudu. its a wonderful app but, the adds during the free movie section are terrible. The ads always time themselves at the best part of any movies. You need to change the add times. My only complaint.

    4/13/24: Used to have this app on my old phone and it worked great. Have a new phone (still an android) and now suddenly the disc to digital doesn't work, which is the only reason I downloaded it. Looked on online forums and evidently this is a long-standing issue... 10/3/26: Update. This app is still awful. I have scanned the same barcode on disc to digital probably 15 times and it doesn't tell me it's unreadable or that the movie isn't available. It just restarts. Awful app.

    The app is glitchy and prone to buffering even on a solid connection. it is so bad at times that it will reset to nearly the start of a viewing. and the completion tracking is a joke: I have completed movies or shows and it still says "watch now".

    After mandatory latest update, all of my lists vanished. All was working g just fine before being forced to update, and now it's a burden rather than a help. Is there a way to reverse this terrible,unnecessary "update"?

    They changed the layout, now i see ALL of the featuretts which makes for continuous scrolling. movies won't play and support days there is nothing they can do. Refund is an option and they say no.....

    The app is having loading issues all long! It won't load any of "My Library" This app is becoming a chronic issue. 1st you have a lot of trouble logging in despite all your steps to follow. Now this?! Come on! Get this fixed I paid for my movies and tv shows on this app and I can't even watch them!! Fix this NOW!!!

    In my opinion, Fandango doesn’t care about the Android TV app. Contacted Fandango’s support about issues with UHD playback on ONN devices. They abandoned me after a week of emails & then they ghosted me for three weeks. I’m hesitant to buy from their platform. I feel like I've been lied to by Fandango’s customer service. I've had issues with them in the past. I hope they will update the look of the app & improve their service. Although the issue is now resolved, it took a long time to get here.

    one of the worst places to own digital content. you can have fiber optic and it will still serve 4k content looking worse than hd and HDX movies looking like 320p. can't delete or clean up your library unless you talk to their customer service which is worse than having a conversation with AI. they give you free "4k upgrades" every now and then without giving you a 4k license that can port to places like movies anywhere or prime that can actually serve 4k content. there's a lot more. beware!

    This is one of my favorite streaming apps to purchase my content. I really hope they update support for Ankers Nebula devices (Access to 4K, Dolby Vision, HDR) as my family and I watch outdoor movies often.
