big fail that you can’t opt to see the whole picture during game play. Yes I know you can choose to see faint background picture.

I would give the game a 5 bc my grandchildren LOVE this app but I can not get the app to close. I even forced it to close and restarted my phone. it is still open in the background! please fix this so I dont have to uninstall.

Thank you for the kind words, and I'm so glad your grandchildren love it! 🧩 This sounds like a phone-level background issue rather than the app itself — please email me at per.haglund@appfamily.se and I'll help you sort it out so you don't have to uninstall. Take care!

I would give a higher rating since my daughter loves the puzzels, but I paid the extra funds to unlock all thd puzzels and get an "unknown error" when trying to download them.
    Developer reply · 15 Jun 2023
hi Baylee, sometimes the download can get interrupted if there is a short internet cut or even just a technical issue. You can try to uninstall, reinstall and then restore purchases. If this doesn't work, please contact us so that we can sort it out for you : support@appfamily.se

Bugged out game. It will state unknown error when trying to download puzzles, ads are cut off on screen. Puzzles frequently glitch out, puzzle pieces are missing

Hi Yasha. It should definitely not be like this! Try to clear your cache for the game or drop us a mail so that we can fix this for you: hello@appfamily.se

This is a great app for my kids to use on my Nexus 7. I was horribly disappointed to find out that after purchasing the ad free version that the app is unavailable to be installed on Amazon Fire HD 8 devices from the Google Play Store unlike their other apps. Please correct this issue.

Update 2024: Hi Adrian, we'd very much appreciate if you could take the time to update your review from 2021 since it is no longer relevant and we fear that other users are misled by the two-star rating. You can contact us via mail at hello@appfamily.se if you want help unlocking the game on other devices, we'd be happy to help! Thanks, Per

Not for 5 and under. Found this game under 5 and under. The controls are not great and hard to move pieces, especially for younger kids. Lots of pieces per puzzle. Better for older kids

Update 2023: For the benefit of other users who read this: a lot of content and features have been added in the last 5 years so please try it out. In my experience kids from around 3.5 years old and up enjoy jigsaw puzzles, starting at 6 pieces, while younger kids have more fun with peg puzzles / shape puzzles. Cheers, Per
