I tried to create a video. Initially it said it would take 3 hrs. 3 days went by and it gave me a notification that it was too many people trying to use the app so try again another time. It should not take that long to say your app is incapable.

nice app and working fast

★☆☆☆☆ Sameer Faisal · 5 Oct 2026

I wanted to try the free version with the 66 credits they gave me to generate a sample video before purchasing the membership but the app wouldn't create it, it just keeps asking me to take membership or purchase credits. FU!

too many expensive

★☆☆☆☆ Josh (Biskut) · 5 Oct 2026 · v3.8.42.404

Kling gives you 66 “free” credits and told me my generation costs 25, but then refuses to let me use them. I tried roughly 30 times and was never even placed in a queue—every attempt just said the free queue was “busy” and immediately pushed a paid subscription. I was trying to test the service before paying for it, which is apparently not actually an option. Advertising usable credits while preventing users from using them is incredibly misleading. One star
