I have to try reconnecting multiple times just to get a successful VPN connection, and each time I have to watch ads all over again. Furthermore, the app frequently shows that the VPN is connected when it actually isn't. There are far too many ads at startup and during connection attempts. To make matters worse, the connection drops automatically. It’s incredibly annoying.

I would have given it 3 stars as most the time it works, however, it likes to disconnect all the time when I'm trying to do something and it takes a bit for it to actually connect again. majority of the time it connects and I get 2 mins of use then it disconnects, when I try back again it works and disconnects again. it's poor and needs alot of improvement.

Have used this VPN for literal YEARS. Was always an easy, reliable go-to. Now? Bro, I can't even open the app before you guys throw an ad on-screen. Open app? Ad. Turn on VPN? Ad. Turn it back off? Ad. Switch servers? Ad. Not to mention, if you don't buy the premium version, you can't even really switch servers, bcuz they're just about all locked and EVEN THEN it turns off automatically after a set time if you don't have premium. Literally, I promise you'd be better off w/ ANY other VPN.

This vpn is the only one that works with my wifi, unfortunately it's one of the worst ones I've ever used. The VPN connection constantly changes from "connected" to "reconnecting".To fix this issue I have to force stop the app. Once I restart the app and try and reconnect, it's always a lengthy process. The process is: Start app, try and connect, doesn't connect, close app, reopen and try again, doesn't connect, try it another handful of times and viola! It connects! How efficient.

Horrible app. Doesn't work half the time. An endless loop of constantly having to reconnect. When you do somehow manage to get on a stable connection, it'll turn itself off periodically. And the cycle repeats of going through all the protocols, only to get the endless loop of "reconnecting."

Used to be fantastic. A few ads here and there but not intrusive. After latest update the ads pop up everytime you connect or disconnect. They are loud, obnoxious and you can't exit out of them without turning off the program. God help you if your sound is turned up because even locking the phone doesn't turn off the ads. This is pretty bad guys. I'm all for making money by offering free service with a few ads but this is intrusive and obnoxious.
