    the games security is very poor . and it gets hacked after a while . dont install it . i installed it three times and leveled up . only for it to get hacked.😭

    I'm confused 😕 I have 2 accounts 1 I have been playing for 9+ years on and off. Now it won't allow me to access it. Is all of my progress gone? update I emailed customer service and its been 12 days. I dont understand what screenshot im supposed to provide. If I didnt know my accounts were going to disappear in the first place.

    Why do you still put an energy system in it? You should just make it like CoC so it's better—that way, it's fine no matter how long you play.

    I used to really enjoy this game, and decided to try coming back after a long while. there is no greater example I've seen of "too many systems" than this game at this point... and the game just does NOTHING to help you understand what to do or how to catch up to what the heck all the new systems do or their priority. I spent literally hours trying to figure out how to take advantage of new resources and systems and by the end just got burnt out. very disappointed with how far it's fallen

    Been playing for a few years. It's always been p2w but over the past year it's gotten ridiculous. They add 2-4 new heros every couple weeks. There is no way to keep up unless you dump hundreds or thousands of dollars. I still play because I HAVE spent money and it's still interesting but I never spend any more and it's rapidly losing my interest. My advice, don't start the game if you're not already into it. There are a lot of newer, more exciting, and less expensive games out there now.

    If you want to level up, plan on spending a lot of money. I've spent a LOT of money and have been playing for 7 years and I still lose many battles even with high level heroes. Upgrade resources are scarce unless you pay for the daily packs. Recently I ran out of an upgrade item and I've looked everywhere and can't find a place to get the level I need. It might be in a pack, but I'm not spending more $$. I could have bought 1 or 2 games for my Xbox just from buying things last year.

    This game like all the games they put out cost if you want to be able to keep up. When I say cost I am talking 100 plus a month if you want to be competitive. Once you get to a certain place you really got to spend money. Everything they add is to get people to spend more money. I use to spend tons on there games and I could level quick but now that I don't spend I have been stuck at a certain place with no way to move forward. Also my characters seem weaker now that I stop spending. ????

    I have had to contact their support team too many time. Every time I would try to make a purchase there would be an error with their server, I would not get what I ordered but would be charged and then many days later the payments would get returned. I reached out to multiple results saying that I was button mashing the purchase button (I never did), that I should reinstall the game (didn't work) and other suggestions that led to no results. Now I've been kicked out...

    Well, finally did it. I uninstalled the game. I've spent years playing this game- going from my favorite game to have fun on the go to just another money guzzling game that isn't worth the time unless you have $ to blow. I've spent well more than I care to admit, being one of the top contenders in the PVP modes, to now just an average player. I get you design apps to make money, but now there is just no way to keep up without spending hundreds a month. I wish I could type more to explain more...

    5 year player - will still play, but it has gotten simply ridiculous with having to pay for everything to be competitive. Even if you attempt to stay competitive they come out with more useless upgrades that are only acquired by purchase. You can have a beast team at this point for $10 that took me years to come by. Simply milking what they have left of this game as I'm sure many have stopped playing and I'm sure at some point soon, so will I.

    The game itself isn't bad, but don't expect to ever get an above average team without paying. Maxing out skills and talents without paying is impossible. I've spent too much money for my taste for what I paid for to be considered only alright a few months down the road. You can a year later buy those things for just a few bucks, but that is only because the new best thing is out and cost hundreds. Seriously if you don't want to spend lots of money to be good don't even bother downloading.

    Game has gone downhill. They constantly release new heroes each month making old ones obsolete. Need to buy resources and roll for heroes to even mildly compete. With breakthrough on heroes, the game is just trying to suck money out of u. It is a shame because this game is a lot of fun, has good mechanics and ideas, but the pay walls have made this game unplayable. After 6 years I am sorry to say I will be leaving.

    A game by greedy people. I have spent around $1000, and it seems like I need to spend another 10000 to get all the heroes upgraded fully, because there are multiple items needed to upgrade the, and the list is ever increasing. they release new items with every release to promote their sales. I wish I had rather bought a ps4 and a lot of games rather than spending on this pathetic game. please do not install this game, and if you do then do not spend a single penny on it, it will worthless.

    I've played for over 2 years and spent hundreds of dollars on this game. That being said, I'm still basically a mid/low level player. It's always been a pay-to-win type of game (most games are) and that can be frustrating but it was still a moderately fun way to pass time. Now, for no apparent reason, I can't login to my account and I can't even email the developers with the issue! (It keeps saying "Sending failed" when I try to email them). All my other apps work just fine...come on IGG, this is some grade school BS, coding.
