Overtime disputes are lost on paperwork, not on principle. If the only record of a night shift is the employer's, then the employer's number is the number. The shift calendar keeps your whole work schedule on one screen and a shift takes fifteen seconds to log on the day it happened. Overtime and premium rules differ by country, sector and contract and they change; the rates used here are the ones YOU enter. Treat a difference from your payslip as a question for your employer or union, not as proof of an error. WHAT IT DOES • Add a shift: date, start, end, break — hours worked are calculated • Night, weekend and holiday multipliers are applied separately and shown • Overtime hours are separated from normal hours, not merged into a total • Expected gross pay from your own rate, so a payslip can be checked against it • Monthly totals: hours worked, of which overtime, paid hours after multipliers • A PDF timesheet to hand over; adding shifts is always free HOW YOU SET IT UP Enter one record to begin — for example “Night shift · 22:00-06:00 · +50%”. The app takes it from there and works out the running totals over your shifts and the hours in them, the summary for the period and the report you can give to someone else. Reminders fire only if you set them. No internet is involved, so aeroplane mode changes nothing; dark theme and large text are supported. WHO IT IS FOR Shift workers, nurses, drivers and hourly staff who want their own record. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • The app is not an adviser: it recommends nothing and decides nothing, it only adds up your shifts and the hours in them. • It builds no account and sends nothing anywhere — with no server behind it, there is no sync setting to look for. • You never sign in. The app has no accounts, so there is no password to forget. • No personal data leaves the phone. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporting and no developer server behind the app. • Free means ad-supported here: banner, interstitial, rewarded, rewarded interstitial, app open and one “Ad”-labelled card inside your month view. Interstitials stay away from launch; rewarded interstitials are introduced by a screen with Skip on it. Members see zero ads — the request is not even made. • Nothing of it stays pinned to your notification shade. PRIVACY Everything about your shifts and the hours in them stays on this phone. The developer runs no server, so there is nowhere for it to be sent. Permissions requested: network state, internet, notifications, letting the ads library tell Wi-Fi from mobile data, restarting watches after a reboot, vibration, keeping the phone awake while a check runs, buying a paid membership through Google Play and ads in the free tier. LIMITS — honestly • Totals reflect exactly your shifts and the hours in them: what you left out is not counted, and the app has no second source to notice it with. • Rates, limits and prices set by others are typed in by you, not shipped with the app, so the answer keeps up when they change. • Your records are never copied to a cloud — that would be someone else's computer.
