## Description

Trainr turns two phone photos into a 3D model of your body — then tracks how it actually changes.

YOUR BODY IN 3D
Take a front and side photo. Ninety seconds later, Trainr builds a 3D mesh of your body and pulls real measurements: waist, chest, arms, body fat. Watch it rotate. Watch it change.

MEALS, WITHOUT THE TYPING
Photograph your plate or just describe it — "two eggs, toast, and a flat white." Trainr's AI reads the calories, protein, carbs, and fat.

TRACK REAL CHANGE
Scan again in a few weeks and Trainr shows you the difference side by side — where your waist dropped, where you gained. Progress you can see, not just a number on a scale.

YOUR EXPERTS, IN THE LOOP
Link your doctor, personal trainer, or nutritionist with one code. They see what you choose to share, send diet plans and instructions straight into your app — and your AI meal plans automatically follow their guidance. Revoke access anytime.

FASTING
Track your fasting window with a live timer and get a nudge when you reach your target.

FREE TO START
3D body scans are free. Log meals and generate AI meal plans for free. Trainr Plus unlocks your full measurements, body-fat tracking, and progress comparison over time.
