Radio code for VW, Audi, Škoda and SEAT — for the original radio of your Golf, Polo, Passat, Touran, Caddy, Transporter, Audi A3, A4, A6, Škoda Octavia, Fabia, Superb, SEAT Ibiza, Leon and more. Radio showing SAFE or asking for a code after a battery change or a repair? Radiocode24 gets its 4-digit security code from the serial number on the radio’s label.  
  
1\. Pick your car  
  
Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda or SEAT. For VW and Audi the app runs through every radio it covers — 25 VW and 30 Audi units — so you can see yours is one of them.  
  
2\. See where the serial is  
  
A radio turns in 3D to show the label on its casing. The serial is always on that label and starts with VWZ, AUZ, SKZ or SEZ — for example VWZ1Z2A1234567.  
  
3\. Type it or scan it  
  
Type the serial or take a photo of the label. The app recognises the format as you type and tells you how many characters are left.  
  
4\. Get your code  
  
Checking your serial is free — you see the price and the estimated delivery time before paying. The code arrives in the app with step-by-step instructions to enter it, and stays in My codes, even offline. No account needed.  
  
VW radio code  
  
RCD 310, RCD 510, RCD 300, RCD 210, RCD 200, RNS 310, RNS 315, RNS 510, RNS 300, MFD, MCD, Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Delta, Premium, Monsoon, R110. VW serials start with VWZ.  
  
Audi radio code  
  
concert, chorus, symphony, RNS-E, RNS-D, RNS Low, Gamma, Beta, Delta — every generation. Audi serials start with AUZ.  
  
Škoda and SEAT radio code  
  
Original Škoda radios carry a serial starting with SKZ, SEAT radios one starting with SEZ — same label, same steps.

Why is my radio showing SAFE?  
  
The original radio locks itself as an anti-theft measure whenever it loses power — a flat or replaced battery, a repair, a pulled fuse. It then shows SAFE or CODE and stays silent until the right security code goes in. After too many wrong tries it blocks entry for a while, so it pays to get the code right the first time.
