    false advertisement.... inside lid of the whopper box is a QR code. it's says, "let us know how we can improve your experience". so it makes you download the app but there is no place to "let them know" without buying something. this is classic bait and switch advertising. also when you what to add something extra on a sandwich it's and extra .50-1.00. but if you choose to remove anything, do you get credit? no.

    McDonald's app is more user friendly than Burger King's. Matching the offer to the code and to the location so that the order is received quickly and correctly is frustrating.

    This app is BROKEN. After several failed payment attempts on the app, I brought it to an employee in the store and they replicated the same failed results with 2 other employees. After rudely suggesting maybe there was something wrong with my card, the payment went thru immediately on their register. Sorry! they did say, but this app is still broken. I LOVE Burger King, but this app is a joke 🤣

    this particular night they didn't even acknowledge our online order until we waited then asked for it.. the order hadn't even been started 5-10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. positive note- food was exactly what we expected. Hopefully better service next time.
