  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Doc Fearless: AVOID. waited over 45 min to check in at restaurant with 0 in line before me. 99% of my experience with this is same. AVOID. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO IMMEDIATELY ADDRESS ISSUES
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Billybobs Painting: false advertisement.... inside lid of the whopper box is a QR code. it's says, "let us know how we can improve your experience". so it makes you download the app but there is no place to "let them know" without buying something. this is classic bait and switch advertising. also when you what to add …
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Charles Butler Jr: The single star says it all for me. No words necessary.
  - 2★ 2026-10-05, Brad Dittner: McDonald's app is more user friendly than Burger King's. Matching the offer to the code and to the location so that the order is received quickly and correctly is frustrating.
  - 1★ 2026-10-05, donald h samuel sr: Wake up people you gave me the wrong order idiots
