You can send these reports to the team yourself but you refuse to do so. 10 years of incompetence is enough to have you excommunicated from this business entirely. I literally cannot even play your stupid game because it disconnects EVERY TIME I open the app. Whatever "updates" you're giving this game is the absolute bare minimum and your team should be ashamed of themselves not to mention the fact that you have micro transactions upwards of $130. Hi! We work on optimization every update, but for a comfortable game you need at least 6 GB RAM and a powerful processor. Try to set your graphics settings to low and enable v-sync. This will stabilize the picture, reduce lags and eliminate game crashes.
